11 days, 1600+ miles on the Solara, new brake pads, living out of a suitcase...I am finally home and man it feels nice. We spent the week of the 4th in Pagosa Springs CO, a hoot an holler away from the CO/New Mexico border. Erin's parents built their retirement home there and the whole 20 family members of the Bright clan packed it in for some fun in the mountains and sun.
Henry and Daddy at the 4th of July Parade. Downtown Pagosa Springs. |
The beauty of a parade is ALL that CANDY! |
Cousins |
Can you tell which ones are brothers? Andrew flashing his abs of course. |
Hooray for Firefighters! Julia holding Anna's hand and Eleanore's bonnet. All sweet glimpses. |
My sidekick of the week, Totally awesome radical niece Kennedy. |
First Carnival Ride with cousin Nate. |
Ol' Glory and some Colorado blue sky. |
Erin and his Mama. They are really sporting the "wing tips". This is where the cherished curls of my babies come from. |
Somewhere there is a rainbow out there. |
We did this for 3 days... |
And a little "schooling" on what it takes to catch a good fish. |
Yeah for Andersen's first fish! Henry looks a little concerned. |
